Lindsay Moore, Senior Director, Research & Development Mondelēz International
Lindsay Moore is the Head of Research & Development for Mondelēz Canada and a member of the Canadian executive leadership team. She leads product and process development across a portfolio of iconic snacking brands, supporting innovation, productivity, sustainability, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.
With nearly two decades of global experience spanning Canada, the UK and Latin America, Lindsay has built her career at the intersection of consumer behaviour, food science and technical innovation. After studying Food Science at the University of Guelph, she began her career in sensory and consumer research before moving into R&D leadership roles across global and regional teams. She also previously led Consumer Insights & Analytics within the Marketing function, deepening her expertise in consumer behaviour, data-driven decision making and long-term portfolio strategy.
Today, Lindsay works across the R&D, operations, supply chain, marketing and commercial teams to help translate consumer and customer needs into scalable technical solutions. Her work spans product and process development, commercialization, manufacturing capability and sustainability initiatives, including recipe reformulation, packaging optimization and operational efficiencies that help reduce environmental impact across the supply chain.
She is passionate about building diverse, strength-based teams and breaking down functional silos to accelerate innovation and agility.
Tyler Groeneveld, CEO, Protein industries Canada
Tyler Groeneveld is the Chief Executive Officer of Protein Industries Canada, one of the country’s five Global Innovation Clusters dedicated to advancing growth in Canada’s food production, ingredient manufacturing and agriculture ecosystem.
With more than 31 years of leadership experience in Canada’s agriculture and food industry, Tyler has built a career focused on advancing innovation, sustainability, and value creation across the agri-food value chain. Before joining Protein Industries Canada, he held senior leadership roles with Corteva Agriscience and its legacy companies, most recently serving as Commercial Lead for North America.
Tyler has a long history of sector leadership and governance. He previously served as Chair of Protein Industries Canada’s Board of Directors, helping guide the organization’s early growth and strategic direction. In addition, he has held board positions with CropLife Canada, the Canola Council of Canada, and Cereals Canada, contributing to national strategies that strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of Canada’s agriculture and food sector.
Tyler’s goal is to continue to strengthen Canada’s position as a global leader in sustainable, value-added food and ingredient production, creating opportunities for farmers, processors, and consumers across the country.
Stéphanie Levasseur, 2nd Vice-President, Canadian Federation of Agriculture
Stéphanie Levasseur is the owner of Au cœur de la pomme, an ecological orchard her family has run since 1982, and which she took over in 2000. In addition to the orchard, the business includes an artisanal vinegar factory, producing authentic cider vinegars, chutneys, jams, mustards and jellies.
Before becoming second vice-president of the Union des producteurs agricoles, Stéphanie Levasseur was involved in several agricultural organizations, including the Syndicat des producteurs de pommes de la région de Missisquoi et de l’Estrie, of which she was president for several years, before being elected president of the Producteurs de pommes du Québec, in 2014. She has also sat on the Income Security Committee of the Producteurs de pommes du Québec, the General Council of the Union des producteurs agricoles and the Board of Directors of the Canadian Horticultural Council.
Stéphanie became the 2nd Vice-President of the Canadian Federation of Agriculture in 2025.
