The Canadian Federation of Agriculture’s (CFA) Annual General Meeting is taking place from February 25-26, 2025 at the Delta City Centre Hotel in Ottawa, ON.
This year’s theme for the AGM is Laying the Foundation: Investing Today for the Future of Canadian Agriculture, examining the foundational elements that need to be put into place for a prosperous future for Canadian agriculture.
The CFA AGM brings together farm leaders from across Canada to set the priorities for our sector over the coming year. With over 250 attendees, the AGM is an excellent opportunity to network and have dialogue with important figures in Canadian agriculture.
The AGM will feature two workshops, running concurrently on February 25th (Click here for a description of each workshop):
- Farm Succession (8:30 a.m. – Noon) – Sponsored by MNP
- Public Perception of Agriculture (8:30 a.m. – Noon) – Sponsored by Fertilizer Canada.
The AGM will also feature various keynote speakers, a panel on international trade and a panel on Disaster Relief and Response hosted by Lyndsey Smith and Kelvin Heppner from RealAg Radio, sponsored by Co-operators.
The AGM will also feature Nik Nanos as our keynote speaker, Chief Data Scientist and Founder of the Nanos Research Group of Companies.
