This fall, the CRA held Serving You Better in-person consultation sessions in various cities across the country, seeking feedback from the business community to help the Agency shape its programs and services to make the changes that small and medium businesses want and need most.
Should your organization or members choose to participate in the CRA’s consultation framework, please be sure to send your comments and/or feedback to the Serving You Better mailbox on or before December 31, to ensure they are included in the CRA’s 2017 Serving You Better action plan.
Additionally, the CRA Engage online tool is available until the end of December should your members wish to provide individual feedback.
